U.S. Senator David Perdue (R-GA) has released a new TV ad highlighting the staunch support of Georgia football legend Herschel Walker.
A native of the Peach State, Walker famously won a national championship and a Heisman Trophy in his collegiate days at the University of Georgia before a storied professional career.
An avid supporter of President Donald J. Trump, Walker is now urging all Georgians to get out and vote for Perdue and U.S. Senator Kelly Loeffler (R-GA) in order to hold the line against socialism.
“With everything on the line here in Georgia, I know who I’m giving the ball to,” Walker says to begin the new 30-second spot.
Loeffler then advises, “This is about saving America from socialism and protecting the freedoms that make us great.”
“If the radicals take total control, we’ll never get our country back,” Perdue adds.
Walker concludes, “Too much is at stake. Vote Kelly and David. Help Georgia win this for America.”
Georgia’s runoff elections will be held on January 5. Early voting is already underway.
